RESOLUTION ADOPTING GENERAL PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SARATOGA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAi~ATOGA
STATEMENT OF FACT:
1. The General Plan of the City of Saratoga has been considered
by the Planning Com~nission and its adoption has been recommend-
ed by said Commission after the holding of public hearin.s;s
as required by law.
2. The City Council has held a public hearing on said General
Plan, as required by law.
DETE l~'.'; IN A T IONS:
1. It is in the best interests of the City of Saratoga that said
General Plan be adopted.
2. Said General Plan, attached hereto and incorporated herein, as
adopted by the Planning Commission on July llth, 19bO is the
General Plan of the City of Saratoga.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Saratoga duly held on the 20th day of July, i960,
by the following vote;
AYES: BRAZIL, GLENNON, DRAKE, LANGWILL
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: JEPSEN
