RESOLUTION OF TILE CITY COUNCiL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APP~NG FREIG/AYA(IREK~NT
I/HEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
l~blic Works, Division of [tghways, has presented an agreement entitled
"Freeway Agreement" which concerns State Highway loute 114 within
the City of Saratoga het~eeen Quito Road and Respect Road, and,
~ItEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof,
BE it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Saratoga that said agreescut be and the same is hereby approved
aud the Nayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1960,
by the followiug vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Laagwill, Hartman
NOES: None
ABSENT: Noue
