RESOLUTION NO. 101
RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS
MT. E~EN ESTATES
ASSESSMENT ~TRICT N0. i
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California~ that the Engineer of Work of said City be, and he is
hereby, directed to prepare plans, specifications and estimate of
costs for the following described improvements:
a) The improving of Palomino Way by grading and the
construction therein of standard street improvements,
B3 feet in width, including standard V-24 concrete
curb and gutter, and 2-½-inch plant mix surfacing
on 6-inch untreated base material, and including the
construction of curb at the turnaround at the nor-
therly terminus thereof on a radius of 32 feet.
b) The acquisition of easements and the construction
of base pavement and wearing surface on 50~foot
radii at the intersection of Pierce Road and
Palomino Way, .and the providing of acceleration
and deceleration lanes on Pierce Road approaching
said intersection.
c) The construction of surface and underground storm
drainage facilities including drainage outfall
facilities to Calabazas Creek, and the acquisition
of such easements as may be necessary therefor.
d) The acquisition of all easements and the construc-
tion of all work auxiliary to any of the above
which may be necessary to complete the same.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 5th day of July, 1961j by the following vote of the
members thereof:
