RESOLUTION CHANGING NAME OF CERTAIN ST~ET__S
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows.:
Reference is hereby made to that certain record of
survey map recorded May 10, 1961 in Book 132 of Maps at
Page 34, Santna Clara County Official Records.
The name of the street known as Tomales Drive as shown
on said map is hereby changed to Westover Drive, and the name
of the street sho~n~ as Toro Court on said Map is hereby changed
to Buckingham Court.
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34091.1 of the Government Code of the State of
California, the City Council hereby finding that said street
names should be changed as above set forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Saratoga held on November 1, 1961, by the fo]..lowing vote:
AYES: Brazil, Drake, Langwill, Hartman
NOES: None -
