A RBSOLUTION OVERRULIN~ PROTESTS ON RBS0LUTION 0F INTENTION
NO.. 108

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS~ this Council did on October 18~ 1961, adopt its Reso-
lution of Intention No. 108 to construct public improvements in and
for said City and appointed the time and place of hearing protests
in relation to the proposed improvements and directing notice;
W~EREAS~ notice was given of the time and place therein stated
in the manner provided by law, as appears from the affidavits on
file in the office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly for hearing at the time
therein fixed; and
WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communications
were publicly read at said meeting and all persons desiring to be
heard were fully heard.
NOW, THEEPORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That protests against said improvements were not signed
by the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands within
the assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the
assessment district assessed for the costs and expenses of said wor~.
2. That said protests be, and each of them are hereby,
overruled.

copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga~ California, at a meeting thereof held on the
15th day of November~ 1961, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Brazil, Drake, Glennon,
Langwill, Hartman
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
