RESOLUTION NO. 115
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
MT. EDEN ESTATES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by t~ City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, said Council did, in open session on the 15th day of
November, 1961, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed pro-
posals or bids for the work to be done and improvements to be made,
as described and specified in Resolution of Intention No. 108 of
said CouncilJ adopted October 18, 1961, to which Resolution of
Intention reference is hereby made for a description of said work
and improvements and/or materials, supplies or equipment to be
furnished therefor, also for the assessment district provided for
therein.
NOW, T~FORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the City Council hereby rejects all of said proposal:
or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract for doing said work and making said improvements to the
lowest responsible bidder, to,wit:
SONDGROTH BROTHERS, CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
at the prices named in .... L]:....!~Z~:.~.,'~.::..'2~bid.
2. That the Superintendent of Streets of said City be~ and
he is hereby~ authorized to make and enter into a written contract
with said successful bidder and to receive and approve all bonds
in connection therewith.
I hereby eertii~that the foregoing is a-full, true and correc~
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga~ California, at a meeting thereof held on the
15th day of November, 1961, by the following vote of ~he members
thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Brazil, Glennon, Drake,
Langwill, Hartman
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
