RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council o f the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The intersection of Glen Brae and Scotland Drive, public
highways of the City c~ Saratoga, is hereby designated
as a stop intersection, and all vehicles travelling on Glen Brae in
a Northeasterly direction shall stop before entering or crossing
Scotland Drive. This resolution shall become effective at such time
as a stop sign giving notice of the regulation contained herein is
posted at said intersection in accord with the above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga, held on the 6th
day of Decembq.~ ..... , 1961.
