The City Council of the City of .~arato~a hereby resolves as follows:

Tuesday, ~he lOtb day of April, 1962 and was conducted in ~oEn and manner as required

now therefore,

RESOLVED, therefore that at the said ~eneral municipal election held in
the City of Sarato.~a, April 10,1962, the followin~ !~ersons were elected to the
folloein~, offices, respectively:

Kenneth R. Hartman
Fred P. Ritchie
each elected a member of the City Council for the full term of four years.
RESOLVED PURIfiER: That the City Clerk shall enter upon ~he record of the
Council the results of said General ~unicipal election and shall deliver to each
person elected a certificate of election duly sitreed and authenticated by him
and he shall impose the constitutional oath and have then subscribe thereon, where-
upon they shall be inducted to the respective offices to which they have been
elected.
