SECTION 2107 OF THE ~ AND HIG~AYS COD~ FOR M~JOR CITY STREETS
The City C~mcil Of the City of SararoSa hereby resolves as fellors:
WHEREAS, a Naster Aireslent has been presented and entered into heWsen
the State o~ Caltfo~nia and the City of Sarat~a for the expenditure of the
Gas Tax allocation to cities, and
WHEREAS, a project statement for the expenditure of ~unds allocated
unde~ Section 2107 of the $tre~s and HiZhways Code for the fiscal year
endin2 June 30, 1962, has been prepared for presentation to the State of
California; ~'
NON, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o£
SararoSa that said project staterant be and it is hereby adopted as the budSet
of proposed expenditures of the Gas Tax allocation to ~ities, and said
budSet proposal be and the same Is hereby approved and the City Clerk is directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City, said budget proposal to be bindinS
upon ~he City upon its approval by the authorized Officials of the
