The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
RESOLVED, that the City of Saratoga by and through its
Mayor and City Clerk is hereby anthorized and directed to enter
into that certain contract for the collection and disposal of
refuse within the limits of the City of Saratoga with LOS
GATOS SCAVENGER COMPANY, a co-partnership, to become scavenger
for said City pursuant to Ordinance No. 6A, a copy of which
proposed contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference as if more fully set forth in full.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the schedule of rates as
set forth in said contract for the collection and disposal of
refuse be and the same is hereby adopted as the prevailing
rate for the City of Saratoga until such time as the same may
he changed by resolution.
The foregoing Resolution was duly-and regularly introduced
and passed by the Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular
