RF~OLUTION ORDER VACATION AND
ABA~ONMENT OF RIGHT TO ACCEPT
OFFER OF DEDICATION - RAMSAY DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 3:of
Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of and pursuant to
Resolution No. I31 and adopted
by the Ci=' Council On the 5th ~ of September,

Section 2: The City Council finds, from the evidence
submitted, that said hereinafter described

street purposes, and the City Council further finds
that at least ~en (19) days prior to the aforesaid
notices were neit pested more than 300 ft. apart.
said Council makes the
following order:
Section 3:
to accept the dedication of that certain street known
as "Ramsa~iDrive" ~ehich street is shown and delineated
on, and w ch right to accept said street is contained
in the offer of dedication set forth on, that certain
at Pages 21 to 25, inclusive, An the
office of the Count' Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara on Jul' , and which street lies between
Lot 100 and , running from the south tract
boundary to a line to and 28 feet perpendicular
distance southerly the center line of Bonnie Ridge
Way, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
The above and foregoing resolution was pa~eed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of October
1962, by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Ritchie
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
