N~ESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE U~DER
The City COuncil of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Section l: The followin6 schedule of £ees is hereby established
for payment to the City of Sawato~a on application
for each of ~he followin~ enumerated applications under the
zontn~ ordinances and no delivery to nor acceptance by the
city or any o~ its officers, agents or employees of any of the
followin2 enumerated applications shall be considered as a
filinS thereof, ~ntil said fee h~s been paid in full:
FILING.FEE
Chax~e of zoning $ 150.00
Variance 20.00
DesiSn review 20.00
Use Permit 30.00
SiSn Permit 10.00
Appeal to the City Council 20.00
The foregoing fee schedule shall become effective
immdiately, and shall be applicable to all appli-
cations filed frOm and after its effective date.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the ~I day of ~c~er, 1962, by the followin8 vote:
