below in coDi~n (1) are hereby desianated through hiqhways,
and all vehicles appro~chin~ the respective highways ~Fo~ the streets
named opposite thereto and listed in column (2} shall sto~ before
enterin~ or crossin~ the intersections with said through hiah~ay.
This resolution shall becme e~ective at such ti~e as sto~ signs
are erected st the intersections at the locations indicated in
column
