The City Council o£ the City of SaratoSe hereby resolves:

and is heleby msthorizad to execute for and in behalf of the City
of SararoSa, a public entity established ~nder the laws of the
State of California, this application gnd to file it in the
appropriate State oilice for the purpose of obtainin~ certain
Federal financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (Public
Lea 875, 81st ConStess; 42 U.S.C. 1855-1855g)o
The above resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
passed by the Council of the City of SararoSa at its reSular metinS
on April 1.7, !963 by the foliosfinS vote:
