A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF SARATO~. CRANTI~ CONSENT
FOR T~ INCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL REAL PROPEgTY IN LOCAL iNI~OVg~ENT DISTRICT
S0.. !0 IN t~ SERVICE ~ OF T~E CUPERTINO SANIT.~;~. DiSTrICT.
~P~EgEAS, the Board of Directors of the Cupertiuo Sanitary District, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, on July 3, 1963, adopted i~s Resolution No.
159,13 and therein requested consent of the City of Saratoga to the inclusion of
certain additional real property lying within the City of Saratoga in Local Improve-
ment District No. 10, ~nd
W~P~AS, it is to the best interests of the City to give its consent to the
extending of the Assessment D~strict and the work proposed as described in the
Boarde 8 Resolution~ end
~IEREAS, said additional property owners petitioned for 100% of said real
property, and
~tZF~AS, the public interest and general welfare will be served by under-
taking and cosplating said p~oJeet,
NO~ THDJ~Y~ BE IT ~ESOLVED
1. That consent be, and the same is hereby granted to said Cupertino
Sanitary Distr~ct (LOCAL INPIS~VE~NT~DIST~ICT NO. 10) to include the additional
real property described in said Resolution No, 159,13 subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in Resolution No. 159~11 of the .Cupertino Sanitary DistriCt
adopted April 18, 1963, and ~ssolutton
Saratoga dated Nay 1,
2. That the Director of Public Works of the City of Saratoga be, and he is
hereby, authorized end directed to carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
3. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file with the
Secretary of the Board of Directors of Cupertino Sanitary District a certified copy
of this ~esolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of Saratoga on
the 3rd day of July
