RESOIjUTION' ON APPEAL FROM PLANNING CO,~.'~,..[ISSION DI!CISION
WHEt~AS, the City of Saratoga Plannin. g Commission has heretofore
denied the application of GEORGE
for a USE PER~IT which action has been appealed
to, and a hearing on appeal held thereon by, the Sa, rato~a City Council,
in accord with Section 16.8 of O~dlnance MS-S, ~e Zonin~ Or::tinance
the City of SaratoFa~ and
~',fllEREAS, a hearing de novo was not held on said action, and
WHEREAS, it appears that there was substantial evidence presented]
to the Planning Commission upon which it based it's decision, and
appears just and equitable that said decision be af{i,~ed,
NO~ ~.:[EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
