RESOLVED, by ~he City Council of the City of Saratoga, Californi~a., that
I,,[HERS~$, the Boa~ of Directors of County Sanitation District No, 4 of Santa
Clara County has filed with this Council a certified copy of its Resolution request~.n.~
consent of this Council to undertake proceedings pursuant to aDpropriate special
assessmen.~ and assessment bond ac%s for the construction of ~ sanitary sev~eraffe systen~
and to assess the cos~ thereof on the l~n. ds described in sa. id Resolution;
I.~HEREAS, some of the proposed work and acquisitions ar~ ~.~i~hin the limits o::f
