RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL, FOR TH~ EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS
ALLO.CATED UNDER ~CTION 2107 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CUDE FOR MAJOR C~ STREETS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement has been presented and entered
into between the State of California and the City of Saratoga for
the expenditure of the Gas Tax allocation to cities, and
WHEREAS, a project statement for the expenditure of funds
allocated under Section 2107 of the Streets and Highways Code for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1964, has been prepared for presen-
tation to the State of California;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga that said project statement be and it is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the Gas Tax
allocation to cities and said budget proposal be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Clerk is directed to sign the same
on behalf of said City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the
City upon its approval by the authorized Officials of the State.
The above resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
passed by the Council of the City of Saratoga at its regular meeting
on June 19, 1963 by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Brazil, Drake, Hartman, Rttchie
NOES: No.e
