TA)G8 AND FEES PURSUE TO CFAAPlt~ 1852, STATUTES G~ 1963
The City Council of the City of 8aratoga resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. To comply with the provisions of Section 10.2 of the
Collier-Umruh Local TrauslxFtation Development Act (Streets and Highways Code
Section 186.1)# the City of Saratoga hereby adopts a Resolution apprcving the
imposition of additioual highway users taxes and fees pursuant to said Act.
SECTI01~ 2. The City desires apportiomneP. ts to be made to it in
acccTdsmce with provisions ~f add 8action of the Act and is aware of the
necessity of conforming to the matching requirements prescribed by Section
of said Act (Streets and HieSsways Code Section 186.5).
BECTIGN 3. All monies received by the City fy. om the State under
the provisions of Section 10.2 o~ said Act shall '~ p~xd into the Special Gas
Tax 8treat Improvement Fuma and expanded exclusively for acquisition of rights-
of-way for ar~ construction of routes on the select system of city streets
established as provided in Section 12 of said Act (Streets end Highways Code
Section 1~S.3).
8ECTI~ 4. In compliance with said Act the City Clerk is directed
to sel~ a properly certified copy of this Resolution to the Department of
Public Works at Sacramento, California.
