RESOLUTION CREATING T~O HOUR PARKING ZONE ON PORTION OF THIRD .S~ET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section i: The hereinafter described section of Third Street in
the City of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a
congested area, is hereby limited to two (2) hour parking and sub-
ject to the prohibitions set forth in Section 10.1.8-2 of the Santa
Clara County Ordinance Code adopted hy reference by Ordinance 4-k
of ~he City of Saratoga.

Third Street The southwest side of Third Street
from Big Basin Way ~o a point 165'
southeasterly of Big 2. asin Way and
the northeast side of Third Street
from Big Basin ~'iay to a point
southeasterly of Big Basin Way.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of SaratoFa he!d on hhe 6th day of
November, 1963, by the following vote~
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Brazil, Drake, Hartman, Tyler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
