The City Council' of Lhe City o~ Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Pursuant to GoVernment Code Section 27281 of the .~tate of California,
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to accent and consent to deeds or
grants conveying, any interest in or easement upon real estate to the
City of SaratoS.,a for public purposes, The City Clerk
Saratoga who is hereinabove authorized to so execute and deliver
acceptances and comments is I'qLLIA~ C, HANLEY.
Resolution No, 40-2 of the City of Saratoga is hereby superceded
and repealed and shall be of no further force or effect from and a~ter
date of this resohltion,
~his resolution was regularly introduced and Dassed at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the Sth day of June, 1963~ by
the following vote:
