RESOLUTION CHANGING N~ OF CERTAIN STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The name of the north-south portion of Glen Brae Drive
beginning between lots 80 and 81 of Tract 3171 and
extending north from this point to the north tract boundary, as that
portion of said Glen Brae Drive is shown and delineated on that certain
final subdivision map kn~m as Tract 3171, which map was filed for
record in Book 161 of maps at page 39, Santa Clara County Official
Records, is hereby changed to Argonne Drive.
SECTION 2| This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34091.1 of the Gove~f~ient Code of the State
of California, and other applicable laws, the City Council hereby
finding that said street name should be changed as heroinabove set
forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
5th day of February, 1964, by the follo~in~ vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Brazil, Drake, Tyler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Harman > Lk~
