RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL 0~.~ THE
CITY OF SARATOGA ,
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTI~'G A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE CF. STATE ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WH~F..~S, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure
of the Engineering' Allocation under Section 2107.5 of the
Streets and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of
SARATOGA , h~reinafter referred to as the
'City, a'nd""the s"~'ate';"'bepartment of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafteP referred .to as the department; and,
WHEREAS,. the city council has prepared a budget proposal '
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be
made during the t964-65 fiscal year; and,
~EREAS, the city council has heard read said budget proposal
and is familiar! with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE,. be it resolved b~-~the city council Of' the City
