STREET DEFICIENCY REPORT
PREPARED IN ACCORD STR , .TS & SZGh AYS COD -
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
f o 11 ows:
WHEREAS, in accord with intent of Section 2156 of the Streets
and Highways Code, the Department of Public Works of the City of
Saratoga has prepared a report of Street and Bridge Deficiencies exist-
ing in the city, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga has reviewed
the report prepared in accord with the intent of Section 2156 of the
Streets and Highways Code;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Saratoga cause said report to be transmitted to the Chief Engineer,
California Division of Highways, for use in preparing statistical
data required by Section 2156 of the Streets and Highways Code.
The above resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at its regular meeting
held on the 6th day of May 1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Cpuncflmen Glennon, Hareman, Tyler, Burry
NOES: None
............ ABSENT: Councilman Drake
