RESOLUTION ADOPTING ALTS~NArE P~.OCEDURE FOR LEVYING AND
COLLECTING ASSESSI'~NTS ON AD VAIOREM BASIS
The City Council of the City of SaratoRa hereby resolves as follows:
Ttmt for the fiscal year 1964-65, it is heIeby de'Lermined that the
alternate procedure for levying and cotleetin~ a:3sessments as established
by C~:~!~ter 8.5 of Part 1, Division 14 of the Streets and Highways Code, is
here!'y~ a."qL~gF-ed by this City for the Ievyin~ and collecting of assessments
for the .['oilowing named lighting districts, which li?~htin~ districts
were e~=~j i~i3hed pursuant to the Street Ltghtin~ Act of 1919:

The above and foregoing resolution was duly and reFularly introduced
and passed by the City Council of the City of Sarato2a at a re.~ular
meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1964, by the followinR vote:

ABSENT: Councilman Hartman
