RESOLUTION CONCURRING IN THE DESIGNATION
OF ROUTES OF THE FEDERAL AID SECONDARY
SYSTEM I.N SANTA CLARA COUNTY
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has, by.resolution,
concurred in the proposed 'designation of the following roads
'as shown on EXhibit "A" 'attached and made by reference a-part
'of 'this Resolution and' has concurred .in~ the 'incorporation of
said roads in the Federal Aid .Secondary. system within. the
County of San~.a Clara; and
WHEREAS, ~he C~ty of Saratoga . has been re-
quested by the State of California, Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, to concur in the selection, ex-
tension, and designation of '~aid Federal. Aid secondary sys-
tem insofar as it traverses 'territory'lying within..the-bounds
of the ~ of Saratoga ......... ...,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED. ~ha~ the C_~
Council of ~the Cityof .... Sarat~g.a hereby. concurs
in the proposed' designation of the following roads as shown
995, 998
on Exhibit "A"' attached as Federal ~Aid Secondary~Routes 1000 &,1010
and further concurs in the incorporation of-the said roads in
the Federal Aid S~condary system within the County of Santa
Clara,
The above and foregoing resolution. was duly and regu-
larly introduced and passed by the c.i.t7 Council of the .. ~.it7
