RESOLL~ION NO. 2o3
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
CHESTER AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. 185 adopted by the City Council of said City
on May 6, 1964 was $96,000;
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to
NOW~ THEREinORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assess-
ment is hereby reduced to $ ~j~D~ ....... and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of
the difference between the original assessment and the new assess-
ment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full~ true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at s meeting thereof
held on the 16th day of Septembe.r ..... , 196 4_ , by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Glennon, Hartman,
