RESOLUTION NO. 207
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
~OR ~STAL~IATION OF SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES
ONESTEE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, Cali-
fornia, that the City make and enter into an agreement with County
Sanitation District No. ~ of Santa Clara County for installation
of sanitary sewer facilities, dated and in form a copy of which
is hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement, in duplicate,
on behalf of the City, and ~he City Clerk is authorized to attest
his signature and affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
