M'Lller Avenue to Tarfence Avenue~ as f~aid Trail Gate
Road is ~h~n and delineated on ,~hose ~ertain final ~ubdivtsion
~ps kncws as Tracts 3145 and 3146, ~.~hich maps were fj..led for
record in Book lY8 of Maps at Page 28 and Book 178 of Maps at
Page 29~ Santa Clara County Official Record~:~ on the 13th day of
~Ia3,~ L964, is here~y changed to Ascension Drive,
SECTION 2: Ibis resolution ts adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34091,1 of the Gcvcrnment Code of t:he Sta~e
of Cal~fcrnia, and other applicable laws, the C'Lty Council hereby

set forth,
