RESOLUTION AMENDING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
State of California, that:
WHEREAS this Council has previously determined, established
and adopted the prevailing wage rate of per diem wages within the
~ity limits of Saratoga for all public works contracts of this
City, and
WHEREAS this Council ascertains that there has been a change
in certain prevailing rates of per diem wages in said locality,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
(1) That the revised wage scale as set forth on Exhibit "A-l"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby
determined, established and adopted as the revised prevailing rate
of per diem wages within the city limits in lieu of the rate
established by Resolution 234 for the crafts designated.
(2) That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certi-
fied copy of this resolution with the Director of Industrial
Relations of the State of California pursuant to Section 1773.3
of the Labor Code of this State.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of
August, 1965, by the following votes:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Hartman, Tyler~ ~ r ~ ' ~
NOES: none
ABSENT: Councilman Drake
