RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SARATOGA,
STATE OF .CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTIFICATION OF
RIGHTS OF WAY, IN CONNECTION WITH SARATOGA AVENUE
WHEREAS, in connection with the advertising for construction
for Project FAS 995 UE 2, Saratoga Avenue, it is necessary to file
with the District Engineer, Division of Highways, State of Cali-
fornia, a ceZtificate in the form attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference;
WHEREAS the contents of said certificate relating to the
Right of Way and other obstructions have been verified by the
Department of Public Works of the City of Saratoga, and
WHEREAS the aforesaid certificate attached hereto has been
heretofore approved by the City Council of the City of Saratoga;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this City Council of the
City of Saratoga, State of California, does hereby authorize and
direct the Director of Public Works of the City of Saratoga to
execute and deliver the certificate in the form attached hereto on
behalf of the City of Saratoga to the proper official of the State
of California, Division of Highways.
