Local Agency-State Ageement No, UE 65-7 pertaining to approved
Federal Aid Secondary' Urban Extension Project UE 995-2 in Santa
Clara COunty covering~ proposed four-lane 9fading and paving on
Saratoga Avenue betweigh FEuttvale Avenue and Northeast City
Limit of =Saratoga.
The above and foregoin=g ResolutiOn was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Saratoga on
the 19th day of May, ~965, by the foXlOw~ng roll call vote:

ABSENT: Hartman.
