RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
0ITY OF _ SA_~_.TOGA _ APPROVING AGR~.MENT FOR MAINTENANCE
0F
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY 0F SARATOGA
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement
for Maintenance of the State highway in the City of Saratoga.
effective as of July l, 1965 _ and to remain in effect until
amended or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said AgTeement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of .....Saratog~ that said Agreement for Maintenance of
the State highway in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City.
