~y the City Comcil of the City of Saratoga,
California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity
result, and that i~ is"the intention of said Council to make
Hall, Saratoga, California., are hereby fixed as the time and
place when and where will consider the matter of
making said changes an, ~tions and hearing all protests

The Cit Clerk said City shall cause a copy of this
resolution to shed once in the Saratoga News, a newspaper
of general published in said City and the paper in
'Improvement under said Resolution of Intention
was published and mailed to all property owners where
assessments are incrieased, said publication to be at least ten
days before said day of hearing, and said mailing to be at least
20 days prior to salad hearing date.
I hereby certif~ that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct eopy of Resoluti!~n duly passed and adopted by the City
Courtell of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
