A RESOLUTIeM ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
THE,IMA &VE~ AREA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, b!y the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, t]~e estimated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. 219 adopted by the City Council of said City
on December 16, was $129,675.00;
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $ i10~.838.00 ;
NOW, IT I8 HEREBY ORDERED that the total assess-
ment is hereby reduced to $: 36,~6:0er:!I and that each
of the individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata
share of the difference between the original assessment and the
new assessment.
I hereby certif~y that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 2n_.__~_d day of June ..... , t96__!_~, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
