RESOLUTION NO. 262
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 242 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS"
SARATOGA AND COX AVENUES
STORM DRAIN AND SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that Resolution No. 242 entitled "A Resolution Calling
for Sealed Proposals" adopted by this Council on May 5, 1965, be,
and the same is hereby amended by changing the last paragraph
thereof to read as follows:
"Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to the
City Clerk of this City on or before 3:00 o'clock P.M. on
the 23rd day of June, 1965, said time being not less than
fourteen days from the time of the first publication of
said notice. Bids will be publicly opened, examined and
declared on said day and hour, and referred to and con-
sidered by the Council at its meeting at 5:3'0 o'clock P.M.
on June 24.., 1965."
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 2nd day of June, 1965, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Drake, Hartman,
Tyler, Burry
NOES, Councilmen: none
