A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
SARATOGA A~ENIIE AND COX AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. l?? adopted by the City Council of said City on
February 5, 1964 was $180,~61.25 of which the City was to con-
tribute $3,390.03, leaving a balance to assessment of $177,071
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $ ~!161,547.~.63 , of which the City
will contribute $ ............ 27222~37 .............. , leaving a balance to assess-
ment of $.. _15~3..25.2~ ...............
NOW, THEREFOE, IT IS HEREBY 0RDEE that the total assess-
ment is hereby reduced to $ 1__5.9..A~..2.6 ......... __and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of
the difference between the original assessment and the new assess-
ment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a fulls true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga~ California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 24th day of June ~ 196 5~ ~ by the following
vote of the members thereof:
