A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
SARATOGA AND COX AVENUES STORM DRAIN AND SANITARY
SEWERAGE PROJIECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
Csliforniao that
WHEREAS~ the estimated cost of the project under Resolutiorl
of Intention No. 211 adopted by the City Council of said City
on November 4, 1964, as subsequently amended, was $75,751.5Q
of which the City was to contribute ~ I__.0!~54.13.. , leaving s
balance to assessment of $__~.~.9~.~..~ ...... ~
WE~S, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $ V~,200.oo of which the City will
contribute $ lo,054.13 , leaving a balance to assessment of
$. 65,145.87 . J

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
