RESOLUTION NO. 274
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
SARATOGA AND COX AVENUES STORM DRAIN AND
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, Cati-
fornia~ that the City Clerk of said City~ be~ and he is hereby~
appointed as the person to who.m payment of assessments shall be
.made under Resolution of Intention No. 211 adopted by this Council
on November 4~ 1964~ as subsequently amended~ and that his office
in the City Hall~ Saratoga., California, is hereby designated as
the place at which the said payments will be made~ and the Super-
inteadent of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in
connection with collecting said assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of Resolution d~ly paesed and adopted by the City Cot~acil of the
City of S~ratoga, California, at a meetin8 thereof held on the 24th
