RESOLUTION NO. 275
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
SARATOGA AND COX AVENUES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by ~he City Council of the Ci~y of Saratoga,
California, as follows:
1. That the following assessments are hereby ordered re-
duced to the following amounts, deeds to acquisition parcels
fronting thereon having been received:

7 3,682.80
15 18,590.75
2. That the total assessment is hereby reduced to
$143,506.02, and the individual assessments, other than Nos. 6,
7 and 15, are reduced to the amounts set forth in Column (3) of
the revised list of assessments prepared by Creegan and D'Angelo,
hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy' of a Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, st a meeting thereof
held on the 7th day of July, 1965, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
