RESOLUTION NO. ' 276
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVE3~ENT BONDS
THELMA AVENUE AREA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, ths. t
1. The City Clerk of said. City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 219 adopted
by this Council on December 16, 1964. Said notice in form to
be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch~ shs].]. be given.
by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds
at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds. Said
bids are to be received a.t 3:00 o'clock P.M. on August 18, 1965~
and will be considered by the Council a.t its meeting st 8:00
o'clock P.M. on said date.
2. The City will furnish the legs]. opinion of the law firm
of 'Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mste~, California, un-
qualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga~ California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 21s~ day of .July , 1965 _ ~ by the following
vote of the members thereof:
