RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF INDENTURE
FOR PUBLIC HIGI~4AY ON PARCEL OF SOUTHERN PACIFIC

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
that William E, Glennons I~s~or~ be and he is hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the City of Saratogas a public entity
established under the laws of the State o{ Calilornias the attached
Indenture coverinS [rant of easement to the Cit7 for publtc highway
on the parcel of railroad property described therein in connectiou with
project of the City of Saratoga £or improvements on Saratoga Avenues
~hich will include ~ork at Grade Crossin~ No, EN-45o2 at Champagne
Fountain in the County of Santa Clara~ State o£ California,
The above and foregoin~ resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meetinS of the City Council of the City of Saratoga on the 21st day
of Julys 1965a by the {o[loving vote:
