.RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON~''
PORTION OF CH'~ET CLOTILDE DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
~e.c~ion. I~: Pursuant to Part 3 of. Division 9 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, the City Council of the City
of Saratoga hereby declares its intention to order
the vacation and abandonment of that portion of
Chalet Clo~ilde Drive, more particularly described
as follows:
From the point of intersection of the centerline of Pierce Road with
the centerline of Chalet Clotilde Dr., formerly known as Gaspar Court,
as'shown on that record of survey map filed in Book 52 of Maps at
Page 6, Santa Clara County Official Records, run thence S 81°25'00" W
32.53 feet'and N 15°13'45" W 23.63 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
run thence N 81~25'00" E 20.00 feet; thence N 15~13'45'' W 57.'81 ft.;
thence algng the arc of a 110 foot radius curve to t~e rights. through'
a central angle of 25°53'24'' for an arc distance of 49.71 feet; thence
N 79~20'21'' W 20.00 feet; thence from a tangent bearing S 10e.39'39'' W
along the arc of a 130 foot radius curve to the left through~a central
angle of 25°53 '24'' for an arc distance of 58.74 feet; thence S. 15°13'
45" E 57.81 feet to the point of beginning.

Council Chambers of the City Council, City Hall,
Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California, is hereby
fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons
interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation
and abandonment above set forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by ~he City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
