'A RESOLUTION CALLr~ FOR SEAIZD PROPOSALS"

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California,
that Resolution No. 281 entitled 'A Resolution Calling for Sealed Proposals"
adopted by this Cour~il on August 4, 1965, be, and the same is hereby sinended
by changing the last paragraph thereof to read as follows:
"Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to the City Clerk
of this City on or before 3:00 o~clock Po ~, on the 18th day
October, 1965, said tim being not less than fourteen days from the
time of the first p~blicatiou of said notice. Bids will be publicly
opened, ex_~mt_ned and declared on said day and hour, and referred to
and considered by the Council at its meetinS at 8;00 o'clock P.
on October 20, 1965,'
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct opy
of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga, California, at a meeting ~hereof held on ~he 15.1Lh day of September,
1965, by the foliOring vote of the members thereof:
