RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR
HEARING U~R STREET LIGHTING ACT
OF 1919 - QUITO LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 4th day of August ,
196 ~ the City Council of the City of Saratoga adopted a
resolution of intention to create a special assessment
district under the Street Lighting Act of 1919,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The ts~ day of 196~, at the
hour~ 8:00 day, at the
Oounct. t Chambers of the City of Saratoga, California, City
Hall, Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California, is hereby
set as the time and place for hearing protests in relation
to the proposed .improvement and special assessment district,
as more particularly described in the proposed copy of
notice attached to the Resolution, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in accord
with Chapter 5, Part 1 of Division 14 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
2. The assessment district to which this Resolution
refers is more particularly set forth in the
Resolution of Intention hereinabo~e referred to.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the _43l day
of AuguSt__,_, , 1965.
