is subject to the jurisdiction of the Public. Utilities

for the furnishing and supplying of electric curre:hi
and for the maintenance of electroliars and other
physical equipment, to light the stree. ts in th.ne
Qzuito Lighting: 'District, a copy of ~.~hich proposed
agreement is attached marked Exhibit '~'~.A'~
and in. corporate~ herein by reference.
The above and foregoing resolution.. 't~as duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the =Council of the City
Saratoga: at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of
December 1965 by the vote:
