A RESOLUTION APPROVING At. IENDED ASSESSM~ENT AI.~TD DIAGRAM
SARATOGA AVE. AND COX AVE. IMPROV~ENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga.,
California, that
Wt~EREAS~ since the ordering of the acquisitions and. improve-
ments pursuant to Resolution of intention No. !'i"]', adopted by
this Council on February 5, 1964, a portion oi' the parcel of
land designated as Assessment Roll and Diagram ;~:~i;~13~ has been sold,
and it Is therefore necessary that the parcel subject to assess-.
ment be divided to show the new parcels cren~ed by such sale;
Wt~EAS, the ~g~neer of Work has prepared and filed
the City Clerk an amended Assessment Roll ane Diagram to show
this division]
NOW, T~EFORE, IT IS 0RDtED that the amended Assessment
Roll prepared by the ~gineer of Work, in form a copy of which
is hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby
approved, and the amended Assessment and Diagram~ dated
1965, showing the parcels by assessment number set forth on s~y~.id
amended Assessment Roll, is hereby approved.
IT iS FURT~ ORD~ED that the record of the assessment
the office of the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Saratoga shall be amended by filing said ame'n~ed Assessment Roll.
and Diagram with said record of the original assessment, and
recording same, together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correc~ copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
