RES:OLVED, by the City C:.ouncil of the ,City' of Saratoga, C.ali. f

Wtffa~tEAS, since the ordering of the acquisitior~s and
ments p~a~suant to Resolution of Intention No. ~-21!~ adopted ~::::y this
Cou:ncil on November ~, 196~, as subsequently arner~ded, a portio:n of
the parcel of land designated as Assessment Roll and. Diaii~ram
has been sold, and it is therefore necessary that the parcel
subject to assessment be divided to show the new parcels cre. at,e.d
by such sate;
WEEREAS~ the Engineer of Work has prepared and filed wil::h '~he
City Clerk an amended Assessment Roll and ~iali~ra.m to show this
division;
NOW, THKREFORE, IT IS ORD~ItED that the amended Asse.ss:memat
Roll prepared by the Engineer of Work, in .form~ a aopy of which is
hereto attached and incorporated ]here:in by reference, is hereby
approved, and the amended Assessment and Diagram, dated,~,;,,.::
1965, showing t[he parcels 'by assessment number set forth on
amended Assessment Roll, is hereby approved.
IT IS FURTIiER ORDERED that the record of the assessment in
the off'ice of the Superintendent of Streets of the [~ity of Sara--
toga. shall be amended by filing said amended Assessment Roll and
Diagram with said record of the original .assessment, and recordin;ff~
same, together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 1 day of September lo6 5 by the following
