RESOLUTION NO. 291
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
SARATOGA AND COX AVENUES
STORM DRAIN AND SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
1. The Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued
:pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 211 adopted by this
Council on November 4, 1964, as subsequently amended. Said notice
in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be
given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the
various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such
bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unquali-
fiedly approving the legality of the .proceedings and the issuance
of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 15th day of September ., 1965 ........ , by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Glennon, Drake,
Hartman, Tyler
NOES, Councilmen: none
ABSENT, Councilmen: Burry
