RESOLUTION N0. 294
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
JOiNT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT
AZULE HOMESITES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, Ca!i-
fornia, that the City approve and accept, and that the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk of said City
to attest, that certain Joint exercise of powers agreement relating
to the construction of a sanitary sewerage system in the Azule Home-
sites area, a copy of which has heretofore been presented to this
Council, between this City and the Cupertino Sanitary District, a
public corporation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 15th day of September , 1965, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Glennon, Drake,
Hartman, Tyler
NOES, Councilmen: nnne
ABSENT, Councilmen: Burry ~
